About Cassandra R. Malone

Cassandra Malone represents individuals and corporations in commercial litigation. Her commercial litigation experience includes contract disputes, such as non-compete and non-solicitation agreements, shareholder disputes, insurance coverage issues, tax disputes, and foreclosure disputes. Cassandra is also experienced in defending toxic tort claims, trust disputes, medical malpractice claims, and a variety of personal injury claims as well as employment litigation and defending businesses in harassment claims. She represents clients in administrative proceedings, as well as in state and federal district and appellate courts.

In addition, Cassandra represents municipalities and individuals in regard to water rights, including transfer of water rights and litigation over water rights in administrative proceedings and state court.
