Erin C. Przybylinski
Erin’s practice focuses primarily on representing clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including civil litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death as well as civil rights and constitutional law violation claims. She is experienced in representing clients in 42 U.S.C. 1983 civil rights cases.
Arizona native, Erin received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. After law school, she took a position with the Bronx District Attorney’s Office in New York City where she prosecuted crimes of domestic violence.
In 2021 Erin returned to Arizona and joined JHKM in 2023.
