- Representing Continental Energy Systems, LLC and New Mexico Gas Company, Inc. in TECO Energy, Inc.’s acquisition of New Mexico Gas Company, Inc.
- Representing TECO Energy, Inc. and New Mexico Gas Company, Inc. in Emera Inc.’s acquisition of TECO Energy, Inc.
- Representing Avangrid, Inc. and Iberdrola, S.A. in their proposed acquisition of PNM Resources, Inc. and Public Service Company of New Mexico
