  • Representing Continental Energy Systems, LLC and Lindsay Goldberg, LLC in their purchase of gas utility assets in New Mexico and the creation of New Mexico Gas Company, Inc.
  • Representing Continental Energy Systems, LLC and New Mexico Gas Company, Inc. in TECO Energy, Inc.’s acquisition of New Mexico Gas Company, Inc.
  • Representing TECO Energy, Inc. and New Mexico Gas Company, Inc. in Emera Inc.’s acquisition of TECO Energy, Inc.
  • Representing Avangrid, Inc. and Iberdrola, S.A. in their proposed acquisition of PNM Resources, Inc. and Public Service Company of New Mexico

Working with Tribes, Utilities and Governmental Bodies

We have been responsible for negotiating and documenting rights-of-way and business agreements with Native American tribes, nations, and pueblos throughout New Mexico.
