John Browder’s law practice focuses on professional liability defense, real estate, commercial litigation, and appeals. He frequently represents professionals before state licensing boards and departments.

Additionally, John represents a variety of businesses as outside general counsel and maintains an active transactional practice.

Representative Engagements

John has first-chair jury experience and represents clients in all facets of litigation, including alternative dispute resolution and appeals. He has represented municipalities, real estate brokerages, engineering firms, corporations, and businesses, among others, in a variety of matters before state and federal courts, frequently obtaining judgments favorable to his clients prior to trial.
