John G. Sinodis

John Sinodis is the Chairman of the firm, the Managing Partner of the Arizona office, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.  He represents a broad range of asset-based lenders in all aspects of business finance including commercial litigation, asset recovery, loan restructuring, and secured transactions.  John regularly advises business clients in litigation matters and bankruptcy.

He is a trained mediator having received his training from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.

John is an active member of the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA).  Prior to joining the firm, he served as the President of General Leasing Co. and is a member of its Board of Directors.  He has earned the AV Preeminent Rating with Martindale Hubbell®, has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America®, and the Southwest Super Lawyers list in Arizona.

John is a former Vice-Chair and currently serves as a member of the Arizona Epilepsy Foundation’s Board of Directors in an advisory role.
