PHOENIX (March 15, 2021) – Jennings Haug Cunningham (JHC) is pleased to announce that T.J. Mitchell has joined the firm’s business law and litigation practice. He provides litigation solutions in complex financial and business disputes, manages clients’ risk, and allows clients to focus on their business or personal objectives. Drawing from his experience in the legal department of a large technology company, Mr. Mitchell understands what clients expect from their outside counsel and takes the time to understand their unique challenges, goals, and values.
His legal practice focuses on representing parties in the following business-related legal areas:

SEC, FINRA, and state-level regulatory investigations and proceedings in the securities brokerage and investment advisory industries;
Civil litigation in federal courts, state courts and arbitrations involving complex financial products and transactions;
Mergers and Acquisitions litigation; and

Mr. Mitchell earned his law degree in 2018 from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona in 2015, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Outside of his law practice, Mr. Mitchell serves as a “Big” through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. He also serves on the board of directors for the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’s Valley Young Professionals.
