The 2023 American Bar Association’s TIPS FSLC Spring Meeting is right around the corner. JHKM’s Alana Porrazzo and Ryan Springer with EMC Insurance Companies are co-chairing this year’s conference, Future Reference: Emerging Issues in Payment Bond Law. Join them from May 10-12th at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe in Incline, Nevada, for a program exploring the nuances of public and private payment bond law. The FSLC Spring Meeting will also see the unveiling of The Electronic Payment Bond Deskbook—a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction research guide featuring the work of contributing authors around the country, including firm attorneys Edward Rubacha, James Csontos, Matthew Sloan, and Deron Knoner.
