Feuchter, who became a lawyer with the firm upon earning his law degree in 1999, focuses his practice on business law and real estate matters, including both transactional and litigation legal services. He is also experienced in complex and sensitive tort matters and is widely known as a leading attorney in New Mexico’s emerging cannabis industry.
Through the years, Feuchter has become a go-to attorney on myriad legal matters that arise in business and real estate dealings and is commonly sought to advise on non-traditional legal issues. He represents real estate developers, landlords, tenants, builders, investors, national institutions, small businesses and individuals in commercial lease agreements, land development, zoning, the sale of a business, contract and shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and wrongful death claims.
