In addition to our attorneys representing clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings, JHKM also provides mediator and arbitrator services in Arizona and New Mexico to implement the process. John Sinodis, Jack R. Cunningham, and Ann Conway are trained mediators, having participated in mediation training through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. Jack R. Cunningham also serves as a private arbitrator in personal injury and commercial disputes.
In the area of construction and business law, Chad Schexnayder serves as a mediator and arbitrator and has done so for many years in a broad range of disputes.
